At PostVia, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to delete your data and what happens during the process.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to download any content you want to keep before requesting deletion.

How to Delete Your Data

1 In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Open the PostVia app → Tap your profile in the top right → Profile Settings → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
2 Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email address.

What Happens to Posted Content

Content that has already been posted to social media platforms through PostVia will remain on those platforms according to their respective policies. PostVia only deletes data from our own systems. To remove content from social platforms, you must delete it directly from each platform.
